Taco chicken snack dip

Ingredients

100 g fat-free cottage
cheese 3.5 oz -
½ tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp taco seasoning

1 tbsp sweet corn

1 tbsp black beans

2 tbsp chunky salsa

1 tbsp fresh cilantro
chopped -
70 g cooked chicken 2.4 oz,
chopped -
30 g mozzarella & cheddar blend 1 oz, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, lime juice, taco seasoning, blend until smooth
Pour the blended cottage cheese mixture into a 1-2 cup oven-safe ramekin or small baking dish. Stir in the sweet corn, black beans, salsa, cilantro, and chopped chicken
Sprinkle the shredded
cheese evenly over the topBake for 15 minutes until the dip is warmed through and the cheese has melted
Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
