Ingredients
4oz Cream Cheese softened
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
ā Cup Mayonnaise
6 Strips bacon cooked and finely chopped
4 Large Tortillas
2 Cups Shredded Lettuce
1 Cup Tomatoes Diced
16 Slices Turkey
16 Slices Ham
Directions
Combine both cheeses, mayonnaise, bacon together in a bowl, mix well
Spread a thin layer of the mixture over the entire top of each flour tortilla
Top the cream cheese with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes
Add 4 slices of turkey/ham to each tortilla
Tightly roll the tortilla around the meat and cheese filling
Wrap each pinwheel log tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Slice into one-inch slices to serve
