Simple Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ½ Cups Blueberries- Fresh or Frozen

1 Ripe Banana

¾ Cup Greek Yogurt- Plain or Vanilla

½ Cup milk

1 TBSP Honey

½ Cup of ice cubes- omit if using frozen fruit
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender
Blend until smooth
To adjust thickness, you can add more fruit or more liquid
