Ingredients

1 Cup all-purpose flour

2 Large Eggs

1 ¼ Cup milk

2 TBSP Melted Butter

1 TBSP Sugar

½ TSP Salt

1 TSP Vanilla
Directions
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, vanilla
Add Flour, sugar, and salt, while whisking until smooth. batter should be thin like heavy cream
Let batter rest 15-30 Minutes (or up to 24 hours refrigerated)
Heat a nonstick skillet and lightly butter it
Pour ¼ cup batter into the center, swirling quickly to spread thinly
Cook for 1 minute, flip gently, cook for 30 seconds
