Protein smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen mixed
berries -
1 cup milk

1 banana
-
1 scoop vanilla protein
powder -
½ cup vanilla Greek
yogurt
Directions
Blend berries and milk
add banana and protein
powderadd 2-3 ice cubes if bana
is not frozenadd yogurt
Blend on high speed for 45-60 seconds until completely smooth
The mixture should be thick enough to coat
the back of a spoon but still pourable.
