Ingredients

¼ cup milk

¾ cup coffee (chilled, cold-brewed preferred)

1 banana frozen

¼ cup rolled oats

1 scoop vanilla/chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tbsp cacao powder
-
1 tbsp hemp seeds or chia

1 tsp vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional, only if you want it extra cold
Directions
Pour the milk and chilled
coffee into blenderAdd Greek yogurt, vanilla
extract, frozen bananaAdd the rolled oats, cacao powder, and seeds to blender
add protein powder and ice
cubes if desiredblend until no chunky oat
piecesadd more coffee or milk if needing thinner
Pour into your glass and
add toppings if desiredOptional toppngs: dark
chocolate/ cocoa powder
