Mixed Berry Yogurt

Ingredients

2 cups plain high protein greek yogurt

2 cups mixed berries

½ cup high protein granola

¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1-2 tbsp honey
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Whisk protein powder, honey, vanilla and let sit 5 minutes to thicken
Prepare your berries by slicing into bite size pieces
Toast almonds or walnuts in dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes
Spoon ⅓ cup yogurt mixture into a jar, add ¼ cup berries, granola, nuts, chia seeds and flax seeds
serve immediately for maximum crunch or refrigerate for 2 hours
