How soon will I receive my package?

Our warehouse is located in Michigan. Orders will take 1-2 business days to process and prep for shipment. Many orders will be received within 2-3 business days after the shipping label is created. However, some orders on the West coast may take up to 4 business days to receive your order.

How do i get free shipping?

Free shipping is offered on any order over $100. Any order below this amount will have a $20 shipping charge.

How are your orders packed?

Products that need to stay either refrigerated/frozen will be shipped together in a separate box with dry ice from products that need no refrigeration. You may receive part of your order first as many orders will receive 2 separate boxes of products!
