Stuffed Sweet potatoes

Ingredients
4 Large Sweet potatoes
1 Lb Ground beef
1 Diced onion
1 Cup Shredded Cheese
½ Cup sour cream
2 TBSP taco seasoning
salt and pepper
Directions
bake sweet potatoes at 425 for 45 minutes or until tender
Brown ground beef with onion and taco seasoning
cut open potatoes and fluff with a fork
top with beef mixture and cheese place into over for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese
top with sour cream
